Program Coordination Office

The Program Coordination Office (PCO) in Beijing functions as a Secretariat to the ACEDP. It is supported by Australian Liaison Offices in Melbourne and Canberra, which help facilitate the Australian activities of the ACEDP.

The role of the PCO is to monitor activity implementation in close collaboration with the responsible leading agency in China or Australia, manage the contract with AusAID and with subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery of contracted outcomes to a high standard.
