The ACEDP Communication & Engagement Framework (CEF) has been comprehensively reworked and is now available as a draft-for-circulation. The document outlines major challenges facing the program in engaging partners and stakeholders, not only in Australia and China but also in the wider donor community, and it proposes a dynamic and multi-pronged response. This is very much a living document and it is expected to change as the program matures and gains traction at higher policy levels.
