Mark Thomson from the PCO was awarded a prestigious leadership award at the '2010 Australian Davos Connection Future Summit' a non-political, not-for-profit leadership organisation, which brings together leaders from business, government, the public sector, academia and the broader community.
Mark was singled out for his dedicated services as program leader for an Australian NGO, the 'Lord Somers Camp & Power House Association',that aims to help young Australians develop their leadership skills, build community cohesion and promote social inclusion.
Mark has been involved in the ACEDP since its very beginning. We would congratulate him on this well-deserved achievement that complements his tireless and dedicated work in fostering Australian Chinese relations as the PCO Australian Liaison Officer at our Melbourne offices.
